About KC and Claudia Gifford
KC is a business school graduate from Colorado State University and Claudia graduated with a degree in psychology from Louisiana State University. KC was born and raised in Dallas, Texas (thus the company name “The Lone Stars”) and will be happy to show you the finer points about Texas and Claudia is a Louisiana transplant that doesn’t mind being married to a proud Texan after 45 years together.
They met in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1979 married & raised two wonderful sons. Their Real Estate background began immediately with the owning of three homes in a transfer situation. We understand how to work with people on the move.
KC spent 25 years in the industrial sales business holding positions from sales to President & CEO of a $100+ million marketing organization. Claudia has evolved from homemaker to an expert marketing consultant for the Longaberger Co., Dresden & Co. and Touchstone Crystals. She has successfully trained as many as 35+ recruits at promoting home products. The products have proven to be a great mix with the Real Estate business. As a team, their background in sales marketing is second to none.
Claudia and KC have spent 36+ years in the Kingwood/Atascocita/Humble area and 26+ years selling in the area where they live and all of Houston. This brings knowledge of local businesses to work with, contractors, service organizations and people that could be your neighbors. Both Claudia and KC love to bring people together.
